Garmin Goes Touchy

Just when most devices are becoming touch-based, so too does Garmin!  Presenting my new “crush” amongst the Garmin Forerunner series, the Forerunner 610:

What I love about the GF610 is that it improves upon several of the weaknesses of the GF405 family, and now it sports a touch screen instead of a touch bezel.  The only drawback for me is that it’s still practically a GF405 with a touch-screen—still retaining that 8 hour GPS battery life.  If you don’t envision yourself running longer than that though, it’s a most worthy upgrade!  How I wish I have one. 😀
