The 35th National MILO® Marathon Manila Eliminations Race Results

I can’t believe that it had already been a full two years since my first marathon at the 33rd National MILO® Marathon!  Unfortunately I wasn’t able to join this time, but for all those who participated I’m sure you’re eager to see your race results which are now available.  Talk about the fast!

The Race That Didn’t Let Me Down: Rexona Run 2011

SM Mall of Asia was again host to another major running event, the Rexona Run 2011, which was one of the biggest races in the country lately.  Aside from serving as a preview to half of the following MILO Marathon route, the race was also a ticket to more adventures, and the debut of new timing technologies: the non-disposable Runrio timing card and the discreet B-Tag.

I Should Be In Boracay!

As I write this post I should have already been in the Philippines’ premier beach destination, Boracay, but instead I’m at a Korean fast food, sulking with their hot and spicy fish fillet—all because my much awaited vacation was cancelled!

The Circuit Has Arrived in Makati!

One of the pioneers of circuit training in the country, 360° Fitness Club, will soon be opening its doors in Makati!  This is the same club that introduced me to TRX (via their “legendary” TRXtreme) and the unforgettable boot camp race.  Stay tuned on what sets their Makati branch apart.

The Camp Run

The Camp Run Series is composed of several running events happening throughout the year at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.  The series will feature a military or boot camp theme, a unique race format, and a novel route for the runners.  It will also be tailored to encourage continuous participation rather than competitiveness, and will ultimately be developed to become a nationwide program or template.
