New Year’s Resolution: Go Natural!

The Yuletide season is upon us and everyone’s expected to gain some weight, so while 2012 has yet arrive, why not commit to a New Year’s resolution that is both healthy and fun?  Well, since it’s coming from me, it must be about running. 🙂

Yes, running it is!  Why not jumpstart 2012 with something healthy and fun as running while at the same time for a good cause?  I’m referring to the first RunRio race for 2012, the Go Natural Run:

21K Finisher’s Shirt

Isn’t this race just timely for us to shed those holiday pounds?  And speaking of gaining weight, we must also be conscious of what we eat, regardless of age, as it may lead to complications like diabetes. Go Natural Run is a run for the education about diabetes at an early age.  Also, proceeds from the event will be donated to ABS-CBN’s Ako ang Simula.

Notes:

  • Finisher’s shirts for all 21K finishers
  • First 1,000 registered runners will receive baller ID (both online and in-store registration)
  • Register 4 and get 1 race kit for free for any category (in-store registration only)
  • For a donation of at least ₱150 to support the advocacy for early child diabetes education, you get a freebie shirt which can be claimed on race day
  • Race results will be available two (2) days after the race on runrio.com

You get this cool shirt for an added donation of at least ₱150

Event singlets: you’re free to pick which color you want (subject to availability)
