Kalayaan (A Documentary on the South China Sea)

KALAYAAN is a three-part documentary making rounds on social media regarding the effects of China’s assertive claims on almost the entirety of West Philippine Sea (South China Sea).  It’s an issue that everyone should be made aware of as it poses a great risk to global trade and freedom of navigation.

Typing emojis on mobile phones is nothing new but is anything but simple when it comes to the desktop.  Thankfully there are guides and sites out there that lets you conveniently copy and paste these emojis for our use but for my personal convenience I thought of writing one as well for reference.

Quick Bite: 1st Colonial Grill

Bicolandia is known for spicy food due to their fondness with sili (chili) that they put in just about any dish you can think of—including ice cream!  1st Colonial Grill claims to be home to the original sili ice cream, and we came to investigate this exotic ice cream.

Just before we head off to CamSur Watersports Complex (CWC), we managed to drop by Naga City and taste some of the best food this city has to offer.  I’m talking about Bob Marlin and this is also about one of the best Crispy Pata I’ve ever tasted!
