Road-Sharing Principle the Bayanihan Way: Bayanihan sa Daan

Metro Manila Traffic is horrendous.  I tried writing all the thoughts that came into my mind about everything that’s wrong with our current setup and my suggestions when I realized that there’s just so much I’d end up with a novel.  Fortunately, there’s already a group that came up with a campaign called Bayanihan sa Daan to help address the issue.

Everyone wants to be healthy and one of the best ways to become healthy is to eat right.  And eating right is oftentimes a challenge.  One of the things I started doing to improve my diet is the Meatless Monday (which I think is self-explanatory), and now here’s another one that sparked my curiosity: raw food.  Not is the sushi kind of raw, but definitely more than just the usual greens.  Read on for the details.
