Mornings with Active Health; 2016 Run United 1 Launched

This year’s installment of the Run United Trilogy had officially launched last January 23, 2016 at the Chocolate Kiss Café in University of the Philippines Diliman.  It’s anything but the usual launch so I thought of giving some behind the scenes.

Quick Bite: Rock & Seoul

Korean food had become quite popular in Metro Manila so it’s only natural to see Korean food places spring up everywhere.  One on the newest one I got to try is Rock & Seoul and they set themselves apart by offering customizable Bibimbap.

2016 Challenge: A Year of Running

First off, I’d like to give credit to Mark Zuckerberg for this idea.  His personal challenge is to run 365 miles for the year.  I’d say, maybe we could challenge ourselves to do at least 366 miles (589 km) this year (since 2016 is a leap year)?

It’s a big world out there…why not try seeing more of it on foot, one step at a time?
