Nuvali was the site of the first 10K session of the Nike Run Club Manila (NRCMNL) last July 16, 2016 and it proved to be “epic” as some of us got the privilege to try the latest Nike LunarEpic Flyknit. Here’s a glimpse of this weekend as well as my quick review of this pair.

The Integrated Seafarers of the Philippines (ISP) will be having a fun run for the benefit of the Jesus Christ Cares for Cancer this August 28, 2016 at SM by the Bay. This event is called Run 4 ÜR Future (Live. Save. Give.) and here are the event particulars.
The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) has made a unanimous decision favoring the Philippines in the South China Sea Arbitration (The Republic of the Philippines v. the People’s Republic of China). Eventually, our last day in paradise had come. There were so many things I still wanted to do, but it’s time to wrap things up.
The runner in me kicked in on our third and final full day in Boracay. And this is also the day we got to see the entire island, and more!
Our second day was off to a good start with a nice breakfast buffet from our hotel. Little did I know that it’s going to be a great day as I do another thing I’ve never done before.
It felt like forever since I last enjoyed the shores of Boracay and it’s about time to return! I may have missed summer, but any time is a good time to be at one of the best beaches in the country.
