Gear Review: Nike Zonal Strength Running Tights

I’ve been a fan of running tights before, but I’ve lost it some time ago when a local brand that I wore which used garters gave me wounds around my waist.  Nike Zonal Strength Running Tights came at the perfect time just as I was starting to use running tights again.  Here’s my review:

February 01, 2017: Day 32 of 365

And just like that, we said goodbye to January!  It’s the first day of February, the 32nd day of the year and if you’re doing “a mile a day” program, you should’ve completed 32 miles (51.5 km) by the end of the day.

201701 (640x389)

Accumulated 53.1 km (~33 mi) for January… Glad to know that I’m still on track (as of today that is)!

For those having difficulty tracking their daily miles, I highly recommend logging your activities into apps or websites.  I’ve been using Endomondo for the longest time since its mobile app works practically in all platforms and I started using it back when I was still on the old Blackberry platform.  I also made this handy guide to help you track the target miles, per day, for the rest of the year.

It’s not too late to start your 365-mile journey and better start now (if you haven’t already) as the days (and miles) quickly add up.
