Holey Moley!

Do you invest in your running attire?  Don’t you just love wearing tops that you explicitly bought for running and not that free one from an event you joined?  Now then, could you imagine putting holes in them?

One Kickass Boot Camp

Breaking out from the monotonous typical weekend races, 360° Fitness Club introduced their Boot Camp race last Saturday at the PhilSports Arena, and it was one of the most enjoyable event that I’ve ever had.

Adobo for Halloween

Cebu City Quickie

Cebu was one of the destinations I’ve always wanted to visit for the longest time mostly because of my fascination with Philippine history.  Unexpectedly, that wish came true!  But there’s a catch—the trip was merely for only a day and a half!  And here’s how this “surprise” trip came about.

Bohol Island Tour

For the second day of our tour, the island of Bohol itself is our destination.  It doesn’t sound very exciting, until we actually had the tour.  And here’s how our second day of touring transpired:

A Surreal World: Fireflies Kayaking at Abatan River

Exactly one year ago (January 18, 2009), my GF (405) and I had our first run together, on a perfect location, in a great race.  It was during The North Face Thrill of the Trail in Nasugbu, Batangas that we got to know each other well, and what an idyllic setting it was. First Run…

2009 Favorite Running Moments: In Pictures

Running has taken me to places I never imagined I’ll go to and for my first full year of running the year broke all previous records not only in terms of distance covered, and pictures taken!  2009 toll: about 20 gigabytes worth of pictures and videos, around 11,500 files.  Among these, here are some of…
