I’ve always been curious about the Nike Air ever since the first time I saw it. Some of the questions I had (and still do) are the likes of “is it all air under there?” and “how do they keep the air from escaping?” Well, Nike is finally sharing how Nike Air shoes are made shedding light into some of these curiousities.

Humans evolved springy legs to allow running and our evolution to run faster has never stopped. The marathon became one of the best gauges of human speed and stamina as not only do you have to run fast but also far. The marathon world record at the start of the previous century was just under three hours, yet now it is just a few minutes shy of the two hours.
