Gear Review: Nike Zonal Strength Running Tights

I’ve been a fan of running tights before, but I’ve lost it some time ago when a local brand that I wore which used garters gave me wounds around my waist.  Nike Zonal Strength Running Tights came at the perfect time just as I was starting to use running tights again.  Here’s my review:

Nike Zonal Strength Tights Launched

Nike had just released on the Philippine market their Zonal Strength Tights collection and I was quite privileged to have had the chance to try them on during a session of the Nike Run Club last week.  Here’s a quick glimpse at the collection:

An Epic Weekend with Nike Run Club Manila and LunarEpic Flyknit

Nuvali was the site of the first 10K session of the Nike Run Club Manila (NRCMNL) last July 16, 2016 and it proved to be “epic” as some of us got the privilege to try the latest Nike LunarEpic Flyknit.  Here’s a glimpse of this weekend as well as my quick review of this pair.

2016 Challenge: A Year of Running

First off, I’d like to give credit to Mark Zuckerberg for this idea.  His personal challenge is to run 365 miles for the year.  I’d say, maybe we could challenge ourselves to do at least 366 miles (589 km) this year (since 2016 is a leap year)?

Superhero for a Day: A Morning Inside the DC Comics Universe

It’s not every day your get to suit up as your favorite superhero and it’s not every day you see thousands of superheroes in a single location, all running!  But that day came, on the day of DC Comics’ 80th anniversary, via the World of DC Comics All-Star Fun Run.

Bay Area Chronicles: San Francisco Redux

Exploring San Francisco in a day is not enough.  And so the following day, I thought of coming back—via public transport!  Here’s the story of my solo flight to SFO, mostly in pictures. This is part of a series ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ ⑦

A Night with Nike Flyknit Lunar1+

Last Friday, February 01, 2013, Nike invited yours truly along with several other runner bloggers for the launching of Nike’s latest Flyknit shoe, the Lunar1+.  It didn’t stop there as we also got a chance to try out the shoe for the night with a run around Bonifacio High Street, around 1.6K.

Nike We Run Manila

Nike We Run Manila is back and like last year is still an exclusively 10K race event.  This time around though, the race is much bigger with the venue moving to the SM Mall of Asia compound.

I Ran BGC

Races come and go but there are a few that’s more fun than the rest, and Run BGC does belong with those “fun” ones—for the 5K leg at least.  But it doesn’t mean that it didn’t come with some hiccups!  Here’s my Run BGC story.

Another “Perfect” Race: Run United 2

After what seemed like an eternity, I’m finally back to into running.  It had been more than three months since my last race, and I’m glad that Run United 2 was here to kickstart me back into sense.  Here are my accounts of what I thought to be the best Run United leg so far.
