Last night at the activity area of the Quezon Memorial Circle the carbo-loading party of the first Quezon City International Marathon was staged featuring special guest runners from Kenya. With their presence the race surely would be at par with world-class standards and there may even be a possibility of breaking the Philippine marathon record of 2:14:27 set way back in 1982 by Waldemar Cierpinski during the first Metro Manila International Marathon. Pacers Update
To all QCIM pacers please be informed that there would be a final pacers’ briefing tomorrow before the race, 4AM at Max’s Restaurant inside QMC.
