Broken

Microsoft has yet again let me down.  Images from old blogs no longer load.  I guess my hunch of using OneDrive as the host of my images being a bad idea was right.

I used the free account when I started this blog so I was very cautious of the limited storage available.  That lead me in the search of a host for my blog images.  So far, it was OneDrive by Microsoft that stood the test of time—until recently that is.  I just noticed one day that my Features page no longer have any images on them.  Microsoft just deactivated the old embed links to my images!  The images are safe though, but it will be a lot of effort to rebuild them.  It’s like someone took out all the photos in your photo album. Now you have to place them all back in the original order.  While I never thought that these embed links would last forever, I didn’t expect them to break this soon.  Maybe my blog had existed for much longer than Microsoft expected?  Nonetheless, I apologize if the old articles don’t make much sense without the images loading.
