We didn’t have to go far from The Grand Palace to get to our next destination, Wat Pho or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. It is just behind the complex and it is a must-see Bangkok attraction.

Bangkok Diaries: The Grand Palace
We were up early on our first full day in Bangkok to explore what the city has to offer. Our itinerary included the top tourist spots but without any prior knowledge on the transport system and still having no local SIM for data, we have to navigate ourselves using our offline tools. And here’s the…
Visita Iglesia 2017
Like in the past years, the Lenten Season again brought me around the city of Manila to visit 14 churches. I didn’t deviate much from my Visita Iglesia last year, but I did it this year on a Good Friday.
Bangkok Diaries: Arrival and Tips
Our flight from Manila was delayed but thankfully we didn’t experience any further inconveniences while we’re up in the air (except for some turbulences). We were travelling westward towards where the sun was heading, giving us extra sunlight hours despite our later than expected departure.

Bangkok Diaries: The Beginning

My Revelations at the Century Tuna Superbods Underpants Run
It started with sharing the event poster. Before I knew it, I had actually agreed to participate! And so this year I removed my inhibitions and joined the third edition of the Century Tuna Superbods Underpants Run! Here’s my story from behind the scenes.

It’s the 66th day of the year and I just realized how far behind I am with my mile a day target. As of today, I barely managed 55 miles so I’m behind by 11 miles to date! Getting injured, work, etc.—a lot of things get in the way. Good thing that we still have…
February 01, 2017: Day 32 of 365
And just like that, we said goodbye to January! It’s the first day of February, the 32nd day of the year and if you’re doing “a mile a day” program, you should’ve completed 32 miles (51.5 km) by the end of the day. For those having difficulty tracking their daily miles, I highly recommend logging…
Let’s Start!
It felt like it was just yesterday when we celebrated New Year’s and now we’re almost a week into 2017! Time waits for no one and so ready or not, we should all start moving! This year’s challenge: run at least 365 miles. Game?! Game!
My 2016 In Review
It’s that time of the year again when it’s time to look back at what was accomplished and what remains to be done. I’m so glad that for the most part, I have mine documented here so I can make a lookback at the year that was, more conveniently.
366 Miles on the 365th Day
On the 365th day of the year, I finally completed my 366th mile! This may not sound a lot as it’s basically just a mile a day, every day, but considering that I did the last 96 miles (154.5 kilometers) of it on the last month (exceeding the goal by three miles), I’m very pleased! 😊…
