Just like the Holy Week of the past years, this year was no different as I commemorate it with church visits. This year though, I did not use my GPS tracker as I walked practically the entire way. Here’s my route this year.
Like in the past years, the Lenten Season again brought me around the city of Manila to visit 14 churches. I didn’t deviate much from my Visita Iglesia last year, but I did it this year on a Good Friday.
Visiting multiple churches during Holy Week, also known as Visita Iglesia, had become a tradition of mine for the last few years and this year I had the chance to revisit some of the most beautiful and revered churches in the country. Here are the 14 churches I had visited this Lenten season.
It was the eve of Chinese New Year, and what better place to be in Manila than Chinatown? I wasn’t running of course, but it was really nice to walk around and see how this festivity is celebrated.
