Soleus GO! and Soleus Pulse Launched in the Philippine Market

Soleus had just launched two new and distinct items to the Philippine market: one is the Soleus GO! which marks Soleus’ entry to the fitness band market and the other being the Soleus Pulse which is a one-of-a-kind GPS tracker that has a heart rate monitor built right into the band.

Getting a Fix at Summit Wellness Center

Like a machine, our bodies get worn out especially if we live active lifestyles.  This is why occasionally we need a little “tune up” to get us back into our best shape.  Luckily, Summit Wellness Center found me and offered me to try one of their physical therapy sessions to get me back to my optimum self.

Let’s Get Personal with Fitness First

Fitness First today launched their Let’s Get Personal campaign aimed to raise awareness and activate Personal Training (PT) services across Asia via the Let’s Get Personal microsite.  The campaign, through this microsite, aims to inspire people of what’s possible, let them know more about the trainers, and match them with the “perfect” trainers to help them meet their fitness goals.  I had the opportunity to experience first-hand the whats and hows of this campaign, and here’s how it went.
