October 29, 2012, Puma Time launched their latest timepieces to select members of the media, and I’m glad to be part of the privileged few to witness this event. If you’re a fan of “cool” watches that may also be used with some sporting activities, read on!

The event showcased the “cool” factor of Puma Time’s collection with the Faas taking the spotlight. It is a dual time watch with dual alarms that is 9.6mm thin (paying homage to the 9.6 second 100m record set at the summer Olympic Games in Beijing), has a 1/100 second chronograph, 12/24 hour display format, 10 laps memory (split and lap), countdown, auto-calendar, and electrolight (EL) backlight.

but I actually think Puma Faas looks a lot better!
Also making its presence known in this launch is the “Puma Time Jam” collection. This collection pays tribute to Jamaica thus the colors from the country’s flag.

But wait, there’s more! If you’re not a fan of digital watches, here are analog watches from the collection:

The chronos are quite eye-catching as well

Hmmm… (thinking…) 😀
My Puma Faas (thank you for the early birthday present!) may not see itself being worn on the roads as I run but I’m definitely using it regularly because of its light weight and great looks. It retails for ₱2,850.
Puma watches are available at the Puma Time kiosk in SM Megamall, Timegear, and L Timestudio boutiques.
