Rebirth

Happy New Year!  It’s again the start of our journey around the sun.  It’s also a great time start planning what we’ll be doing during that trip to make it more meaningful.  And for myself, I see this as the perfect time to revive this blog and practically start over like I was doing this for the first time.  I’ve lost a lot of my personal time over work last year and I hope to take back those lost times this year.  I know that there will be a lot of changes this year and I hope I make the most out of it.

May we all have a fruitful 2019!

Apple Chronicles: Central Park

Of all the beautiful sights I’ve seen in and around New York City, Central Park would be one of my top favorites.  It is one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen and with so many routes available, it’s a runner’s paradise!

One moment you’re in the midst of a bustling city, the next you’re in the middle of nature…

New York City may be the first thing that comes to mind when you mention “New York,” but the state is also home to one of the most magnificent wonders of nature—Niagara Falls.

A wet and practically freezing weather greeted us on our way to Niagara Falls.

Chronicles from Coron

Travelling is one of the things I love to do and each year I ensure to dedicate my time and resources to at least one grand adventure.  This year, I went back to the province of Palawan, this time at the world-famous town of Coron.

On our approach to Busuanga Airport.

Century Tuna Ironman Philippines 2018 Weekend

One of the weekends that I always look forward to each year is when Century Tuna Ironman is held.  It’s one of the few times in the year where world-class triathletes come to the country and show why they are called “elites” in the sport.  It’s also that time of the year where new Ironmen and Ironwomen are forged.  Here’s my recollection of the historic weekend when the Philippines hosted its first full-distance Ironman.

Apple Chronicles: The Statue of Liberty

One of the world’s most famous landmarks is the Statue of Liberty and I definitely would not miss the chance to visit the icon of democracy in person.

The Statue of Liberty as seen from Battery Park.
