New York City is one of the most influential, popular, and richest cities in the world. Even if I had more than a week to spend, there’s only so much I could cover, especially that I’m just using the public transport and my two feet to explore. Among those that I’d like to highlight are:
After touring Boston and Washington, D.C., we’re back in New York City. And as a person who likes exploring on foot, I wouldn’t miss The High Line. It had become one of my favorite places in NYC and here’s the day I walked its route.
The last leg of our East Coast tour (outside New York) is further south, Washington, D.C. There’s more to it aside from being the capital of the United States of America, its imposing neoclassical monuments and buildings, and history.
The next stop on our tour of the East Coast is Boston, the capital of the state of Massachusetts. It is one of the oldest municipalities in the United States and site of various historical events in the country.
Happy New Year! It’s again the start of our journey around the sun. It’s also a great time start planning what we’ll be doing during that trip to make it more meaningful. And for myself, I see this as the perfect time to revive this blog and practically start over like I was doing this…
It’s been more than a year since this story concluded so before I totally forget, I think it’s time to wrap it up! This is part of a series ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩ ⑪ ⑫ ⑬ ⑭ ⑮ ⑯ ⑰
Of all the beautiful sights I’ve seen in and around New York City, Central Park would be one of my top favorites. It is one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen and with so many routes available, it’s a runner’s paradise!
New York City may be the first thing that comes to mind when you mention “New York,” but the state is also home to one of the most magnificent wonders of nature—Niagara Falls. This is part of a series ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ ⑥ ⑦ ⑧ ⑨ ⑩ ⑪ ⑫ ⑬ ⑭ ⑮ ⑯…
Travelling is one of the things I love to do and each year I ensure to dedicate my time and resources to at least one grand adventure. This year, I went back to the province of Palawan, this time at the world-famous town of Coron.
One of the weekends that I always look forward to each year is when Century Tuna Ironman is held. It’s one of the few times in the year where world-class triathletes come to the country and show why they are called “elites” in the sport. It’s also that time of the year where new Ironmen…
One of the world’s most famous landmarks is the Statue of Liberty and I definitely would not miss the chance to visit the icon of democracy in person.
I first grew aware of New York City when I was little, when I saw a poster of the city with its towering skyscrapers. Since then, I’ve always been fascinated by this city and dreamt of being there. Now, decades later, I’m finally realizing that dream! Hello, NYC!
