I cannot be more excited when I found out that a DC Comics-licensed fun run is to be held in the country, and it would be a first in Asia! It would be on April 18, 2015 coinciding with the 80th anniversary of DC Comics. And if it’s DC Comics, expect superheroes! Here are the details:
World of DC Comics All-Star Fun Run
SM by the Bay, SM Mall of Asia
April 18, 2015 (Saturday)

First thing you should know is that everything in this fun run is DC Comics-licensed. As such, everything with this race has DC Comics’ approval so you can expect things of wonder, from the flashy singlets and the superb finishers’ medals! 😀
Registrants can choose from five (5) singlet designs inspired by the superhero costumes of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and Green Lantern. And it doesn’t stop there! Each singlet has a matching item to complement the costume:
- A cape for Superman
- A head piece for Wonder Woman
- Matching masks for Batman, The Flash, and Green Lantern
But wait, there’s more! Registration also includes a really nice sling bag with some cool graphic and a race manual that’s also a poster. All these on top of the regular race bibs. And if that’s not enough, all finishers will also receive a Justice League finisher’s medal!

I would suggest getting the contact numbers of those branches so that you don’t have to physically drop by. We had the same problem when we registered (they told us the kits would arrive a certain time/date but it’s not there when we went there) so it’s better to call first to be sure.
