One of the nicest features about the Fitbit Charge 2 is its customizability, letting you transform its looks completely based on your preferences. And since I love my Charge 2 so much, I didn’t hesitate to invest and give it a makeover.
While there’s really nothing wrong about the bands that came with the Fitbit Charge 2 (read review here) as far as looks is concerned, you have to admit that it’s quite generic most especially if you have the black one. And since I knew that the bands are replaceable and third-party bands are available online, I decided to scour the web for interesting designs. One that caught my attention is this:
I’ve always been a fan of Milanese loops ever since I first saw it and I never thought that someone makes them for the Fitbit Charge 2! There were a few design variations that I found using Milanese loops, but ultimately I picked the one with the secure locks. Without being able to touch the actual product until you order it and get it, there’s no way to tell how secure those magnetic versions are, especially when running.
I’ve been using my Fitbit Charge 2 with my new band and I’m absolutely loving how it completely transformed. I admit I had reservations on how the actual band would look like compared to the pictures online, but all of that went away as soon as I installed it on my tracker. I’m a very meticulous person and so when I didn’t notice any manufacturing defects even on my closest, most thorough inspection, I was more than pleased! And the way how it seamlessly fitted with the design of the Fitbit Charge 2 like it came from the manufacturer, I was so glad I made the purchase. Who would’ve thought that a fitness tracker could look more sophisticated?
Total cost of the makeover: ₱662.40! And that is all in, including shipping and handling.
