Gear Review: Nike Zonal Strength Running Tights
I’ve been a fan of running tights before, but I’ve lost it some time ago when a local brand that I wore which used garters gave me wounds around my waist. Nike Zonal Strength Running Tights came at the perfect time just as I was starting to use running tights again. Here’s my review:
February 01, 2017: Day 32 of 365
And just like that, we said goodbye to January! It’s the first day of February, the 32nd day of the year and if you’re doing “a mile a day” program, you should’ve completed 32 miles (51.5 km) by the end of the day. For those having difficulty tracking their daily miles, I highly recommend logging…

366 Miles on the 365th Day
On the 365th day of the year, I finally completed my 366th mile! This may not sound a lot as it’s basically just a mile a day, every day, but considering that I did the last 96 miles (154.5 kilometers) of it on the last month (exceeding the goal by three miles), I’m very pleased! 😊…
A Runner’s Christmas Story

Gear Review: Fitbit Charge 2
It was a little more than a week ago when I received my first ever Fitbit unit, the Charge 2. My interest about Fitbit progressed after I posted their Holiday Gift Guide and I’m quite privileged to have received a Charge 2 for review. Here’s my review of the Fitbit Charge 2.
