Downtime “Training”

It’s inevitable that every once in a while we experience “downtime.”  I’ve been using the pool practically every day lately to help improve my newly acquired swimming skills, and now my body is forcing me to rest.  Anyhow, this downtime gives me a different opportunity to “train.”

Bohol + Cebu (2014): Eat and Walk Around Cebu

After going around Cebu City on foot the previous day, we were just tired that we woke up practically just to checkout of our hotel.  And on our last day in Cebu City, we weren’t done walking around and eating!  Here’s our last day in Cebu City.  It was a Tuesday.

Let’s Get Personal with Fitness First

Fitness First today launched their Let’s Get Personal campaign aimed to raise awareness and activate Personal Training (PT) services across Asia via the Let’s Get Personal microsite.  The campaign, through this microsite, aims to inspire people of what’s possible, let them know more about the trainers, and match them with the “perfect” trainers to help them meet their fitness goals.  I had the opportunity to experience first-hand the whats and hows of this campaign, and here’s how it went.
